We are a family run guest house with 5 ensuite bedrooms with a lockable building for bicycles. Our guest house is the first house on left side of road in John O'Groats if you come by Wick on the A99 road.  We are only 5 minutes from the ferries that go to the Orkney Isles

As this is the main cycling route from Land's End to John O'Groats (or vice versa!), it is very handy to drop off for the night.  We can offer preferential rates [October 2010] of £25 to £30 per night per person,(£30 for sole occupancy in our double rooms) inclusive of full English Breakfast.  Evening meal can also be organised if required.

Rose Cottage is near the CTC route at Mellor in Lancashire. With secure undercover locking facilities for bikes, en suite shower, or private bathroom and eating establishments just accross the road.
We have free use of a laptop for our guests to keep in touch wih family. Each room has a fridge and heated towel rail (handy for drying clothes) check out our website for costs, deals and photos.
