Sixty-two years young and attempting my first attempt at LEJOG, riding for Alzheimer's Society (a kind of insurance plan for the future!). Sort of solo - daughter accompanying for a day or two to pull me up the hills of Cornwall and Devon; then son joining me in Scotland to push me on to JOG!
