Another 70 miles plus day but lots of flat stuff acoss Glasgow on a remarkably well signed (and surfaced)National Cycle Network route.
Some hard work tomorrow from here to Fort William - but, hey I've ridden that same route in other direction so it's doable.
Off to eat in minute - expecting the full deep-fried experience :-))

Saw the Ride across Britain lot noticed none of them had luggage!
Midges have appeared must > 12mph as they can't fly faster.
650 miles so far and still haven't used the inner chain ring. Let's see what the Scottish hills will be like.

At Lockerbie - half way for the day - having stopped in Carlisle to buy a new pump (the other one failed yesterday)
